Approving Time for Salaried Employees
1. Log in to myCNM.
2. Select the Employee page and click on Employee Time Entry in the My Records portlet.
3. Select the Approve or Acknowledge Time radio button and click Select.
4. Check for the appropriate pay period, select a sort order for employee names, and click
Select.
5. Select the employee’s name to access their leave details

6. After reviewing the leave entered you may click Approve to process the employee’s time, or
Return for Correction if adjustments need to be made by the employee.
7. After you have approved the employee’s leave you will see a message that time was
successfully approved.
8. You can click Previous Menu to return to the list of employee names or Next for the next
employee on your list.
