Core Processes Stream2: RESEARCH & GRADUATE STUDIES
Disciplines define a University – they set the parameters for courses and
subjects, research and workforce planning. Historically disciplines have
been DEST driven. Funding-based definitions of disciplines rendered
impact analysis and planning problematic.
• Create a CSU Discipline Profile including – establishing an
authoritative source, formulating a policy on management of
the profile and implementing a management process.
