Notes to students and families:






Due to a large volume of traffic experienced during move in, we recommend that families attempt to
take less than 10 minutes to unload their car at the curb, then have a family member park the car
(either legally on the street, or at one of many nearby private parking garages or lots).
Never leave your vehicle unattended
Our Security staff and Welcome Wagon volunteers will work to assist you with unloading and direct
you to local parking garages.
We highly recommend you bring a handcart, as the availability of carts here is very limited.
Parking and traffic enforcement is IN EFFECT at all times in NYC, and cars illegally parked, left
unattended, or in violation of other traffic or parking rules are subject to tickets and fines from NYPD.
Posting this sign on your dash may help communicate to authorities that you are engaged in an
unloading process, but it is not an official parking permit, nor is it permission to violate traffic or
parking rules. Pace University is not responsible for any fines incurred by students or families.
