The Purchasing department has recently added a new vendor to our eProcurement Marketplace
The Pace Procurement & Contracts Office is working diligently to build our eProcurement Marketplace to include products and services used most frequently,
and provide you with vendors, forms and catalogs that enable you to place orders
more quickly and efficiently, leveraging pre-negotiated contracts that add the
most value and sustainability to the University.
Pace has partnered with PROMOVERSITY as the preferred vendor for purchasing
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS often used as giveaways during Special Events and student
related forums. Place your orders for officially customized Pace Logo’ d T-Shirts,
Bags, Water Bottles, Pens, Sportswear, Cups, etc. using the Promoversity Icon on
the e-Procurement Home Page. Promoversity is the only vendor with APPROVED
Pace Logos to be used on your promotional items. Please search the purchasing
“Media Showcase” listed on the e-Procurement Home Page to find the Pace
Catalog of PROMOVERSITY’S products. Your orders will be easy to customize
with an approved Pace Logo, and because Promoversity is a Preferred Pace
Vendor, your order will be placed without the need for additional quotes as
Promoversity provides contract pricing on the Pace Promotional Items. Please use
