エラー：The requested operation would result in a license violation
ユーザを Cisco Unity Connection にインポートしようとすると、エラー メッセージ「The requested operation would result
in a license violation」が表示されます。
解決策
このエラー メッセージはライセンスの問題に関連します。この問題を解決するには、インポート済みユーザの数が、ライセンス
レポートに表示される制限を超えていないことを確認する必要があります。これを確認するには、次の手順を実行します。
1. [Cisco Unity Connection Administration] > [System Settings] > [Licenses] でライセンス レポートを確認できます。
各ライセンス ファイルは、Cisco Unity Connection サーバでネットワーク インターフェイス カード（NIC）の MAC アド
レスに登録されます。提供されるライセンス ファイルは、シスコの販売注文書に関連する資格に基づいています。
2. ライセンス ファイル（この例では CXN120070803132405016.lic）をクリックし、ライセンス レポートを実行します。レポ
ートの例を次に示します。

ライセンス レポートには「LicSubscribersMax」というフィールドがあり、これにはシステムに含めることができるサブス
クライバの合計数が含まれます。インポートするユーザの数が「LicSubscribersMax」フィールドの数値を超えると、メッセ
ージ「license violation error」が表示されます。このレポート例では、インポートしようとしているユーザの数が 50 を
超えると、メッセージ「license violation error」が表示されます。
3. この問題の解決策は、ライセンスをアップグレードすること、またはインポートするユーザの数を Cisco Unity
Connection ライセンス レポートに表示される最大制限より小さくすることです。

Cisco Unity Connection 7.x にアップグレード後、新しいライセンス ファイルを更新しようとすると、次のエラー メッセージ
が表示されます。
A license tag in a license file was found to be invalid. Tag
LicSubscribersMax in file XYZ.lic has a missing orinvalid host id.
This tag will be ignored, but the remainder of the license file will be processed.
If you believe the tag in this file should be valid, please contact support personnel.
解決策
解決策として、次の点を確認してください。
1. 正しいライセンス MAC アドレスを入力してライセンス キーを取得したことを確認します。正しいライセンス MAC アドレス
を入力しなかった場合は、CLI コマンド show status を実行してライセンス MAC の値を取得してから、この値に基づいて
新しいライセンスを要求します。

問題
Cisco Unified メッセージング アカウントの場合は、次のステータス メッセージが表示されます。
"A license violation has occurred:you have configured this Connection user for single inbox,
but you have assigned the user to a class of service in which single inbox is not enabled.
If you do not either enable single inbox for the class of service or reassign the user
to a class of service in which single inbox is enabled, Connection will stop functioning.
For more information, see the Licenses page."
システム設定ライセンスでは、次のメッセージが表示されます。
"A license violation related to the LicIMAPSubscribersMax license
tag has occurred. You have configured Connection users for single inbox and assigned them to a class of service
in which single inbox is not enabled. Assign the users to a class of service in which single inbox is enabled,
or Connection will stop functioning in [number of] days. You can restore functionality by restarting the server,
but Connection will stop functioning again every 24 hours until the license violation is resolved."
解決策
ライセンス違反のため、Cisco Unity Connection は動作を停止しました。ユーザ アカウント用に単一の受信ボックスが有効にな
っているが、単一の受信ボックスがユーザのサービス クラスになっていないことが原因です。単一受信ボックス機能を含み、接

解決策
接続ライセンスに「LicRegionIsUnrestricted」タグが含まれていないとき、このエラー メッセージが表示されます。
Cisco Unity Connection の会話に米国英語を使用するか、ユーザがパーソナル コール転送ルールを作成できるようにする場合
は、Connection ライセンスに「LicRegionIsUnrestricted」ライセンス タグを含める必要があります。このタグが存在するかど

解決策
回避策は、ライセンスのアップロード後にパブリッシャ サーバでライセンス サービスを再起動することです。
