Video: A teaching, learning and research
tool - ethics and practices
Te Oranga: The School of Human Development and Movement Studies, in
partnership with WMIER, invites you to join our first mini-symposium with visiting
colleagues from the Arctic University, Tromsø, Norway. This session has been
organised through the M.O.U signed between the Faculty of Education (U.O.W)
and the Faculty of Humanities, Social Science and Education, (U.I.T) in May 2015.
Professors Mathisen and Bjørndal will present their research on using video and
other digital tools to enhance student teacher feedback and professional practice
in Norway while Associate Professor Jayne White will present her research on using
video as a pedagogical tool in New Zealand. Discussion will include possibilities of
promoting future video-related research links between UIT and UOW academic
staff.
