Jason has more than 20 years consulting experience in the Oil & Gas
industry, working with large multinational operation and exploration
companies and locally-based Oil & Gas producers. He has expertise
in creating documentation on all aspects of design, operation
and maintenance of measurement systems and investigation of
new technologies. Jason holds a BSc (honors) in Physical Sciences,
Physics, and Instrumentation from the Robert Gordon Institute
of Technology in Scotland. Jason is a member of the Institute of
Measurement and Control, The Energy Institute, and is Deputy Chair
for the Hydrocarbon Measurement Committee (HMC1).
Charles Johnson

With over 30 years Oil & Gas experience, Charles has been involved
in all aspects of flow measurement of production fluids. As head of
production chemistry and consultancy for over 10 years at Emerson’s
METCO in Aberdeen, Scotland, Charles established and operated
the organization to offer production chemistry and flow assurance
services to the Oil & Gas industry. Prior to this, Charles has held
positions at Geochem Group, Moore Barrett and Redwood Ltd.,
and British Aluminum.
Karl has over 30 years experience with Emerson technologies in
the Oil & Gas industry, including expert-level knowledge of both
Coriolis and Ultrasonic measurement devices. As Vice Chair of
AGA Report Number 11, he was involved in the development of
the AGA11, Natural Gas Measurement by Coriolis Meter. Karl is
a member of the American Gas Association’s Transmission
Measurement Committee, American Petroleum Institute, and
is a member of the American Petroleum Institute’s Committee
on Petroleum Measurement. In addition, Karl is an instructor as
several fluid measurement schools and institutions.
David Fisher

David has over 20 years experience working with Emerson
technologies, including as the flow measurement technical
authority on several mega projects in the UAE. David’s expertise
spans all aspects of measurement in the hydrocarbon supply
chain including the design and testing of innovative solutions that
have resulted in reduced proving needs on aging assets. David is
a Chartered Engineer with the Engineering Council and a member
of the Institute of Measurement and Control.
