CTS Network Printer Upgrade
Many Custody Transfer Systems have printer installations with parallel port cable
(using LPT/Printer connector in the PC).
Based on the market trends related to technical solutions, we believe that the possibilities to provide these types of printers soon will run out.
In order to make future replacement of printers simple, we recommend an upgrade
that enables network connection of printers.
UPGRADE TO NETWORK PRINTER
A network switch with related network cabling needs to be added to the system and the system software will be set for the new configuration.
This will create opportunities for smooth printer change with short notice in
future.
If the existing printers onboard are in good condition they can remain in use
also after the upgrade. In such cases we can provide a Signal Converter for
each concerned printer.
