Exodus Moving and Storage: Exodus Gives Back

Social Superstar Spotlight
Exodus Moving and Storage - Exodus Gives Back
Exodus Moving and Storage utilizes their
services to assist organizations in need
through a program they call “Exodus
Gives Back.” In 2013, over 82
organizations benefited from Exodus’
donated services, including the Fort
Collins Symphony and Realities for
Children.
Exodus’ owner Ilan Levy believes in a
business’s obligation to its community.
Ilan grew up in a Kibbutz, a communal
settlement in Israel, where he learned
the values of social equity and communal ties. These values manifest through the
company and “Exodus Gives Back.” “We live in a great community…we’re blessed [with
the ability to give back to those in need].” He affirms that helping those in need has led
to a great sense of appreciation from the community and contributes to Exodus’
success. He urges any business hoping to successfully implement a social initiative to
“choose something that you’re passionate about.”
For Ilan, helping the community is about doing the right thing, but he also feels that
giving back is part of a cycle; Exodus helps the community and the community, in turn
helps to strengthen Exodus’ business.
