Organization Registration—Roster, OrgSync, Constitution, Advisor Agreement and others noted here are required all of recognized groups both Fall and Spring semester (4 points) Fall / Spring Training—Fall training requires all new officers and new members (max of 5), and Spring training requires all 5 elected officers to attend (President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Senator/ Delegate. Fall Student Organization Training (1 point) Spring Transition Training (1 point) Required Priority Programs (2 per semester)— all recognized groups must host a minimum two Priority programs each semester—Programming Requirements and Expectations are noted here (2 points) Platinum Organizations are qualified when you are a Gold organization AND must complete three of the five : o Service with faulty/academic departments – my organization engages with faculty/academic departments by…. o Event with local community service organization o Recruitment plan and how you implemented End of Semester Reports—Fall and Spring—reflection and assessment on the progress of the organization for the current semester and serves as great transition notes for the incoming E Board (1 point) o 20% of an organizations membership must attend at least one of the Setter Leadership’s programs or services Judicial / Sanction Free Semester—stay judicial free! (1 point) o Co-sponsorship a program that is co-sponsorship with more than two of the following areas: Athletic teams, hall councils, commuters, departments, student organizations, Greek organizations, honor societies.
