The Urgent Need for Better Care.
78% of Americans age 55 and older are dealing with at least one chronic health condition like diabetes,
heart disease or arthritis. And they’re not getting the care they need. That’s what the Campaign for Better Care
is all about.
Better care means coordination among doctors. It means medical records at our fingertips. It means patients
and families no longer fend for themselves. If we can make our health care system work for our most
vulnerable patients, we can make it work for everyone.
