that the minutes of the meeting of the Academic
Senate held on 2 December 2009 be adopted as a
correct record.

to ratify the approval, given by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor
(Academic) on behalf of the Academic Senate, for the granting
of credit to a maximum of 85% (which is above the level of
credit permitted in the Credit Regulations) to students seeking
credit transfer from the Brisbane College of Theology (and
noting the advice from the School of Theology that there will
be less than half a dozen students seeking this level of credit
and the majority will be applying for admission into the
Bachelor of Theology course).
