Presenters • Dr. Rosemarie Russo, City of Fort Collins sustainability coordinator, will outline community resources and investigate impacts of consumer choices. • Valerie Kaminski, Northern Colorado Green Menu, will highlight “factory farm” food vs. more sustainable and healthier food choices at local eateries and schools. • David Kemp, City of Fort Collins, will discuss alternative transportation choices and available financial incentives for individuals and companies that embrace bicycle riding.
