Gazette Notification gsr no.45(E) dated 28 th Jan 2005(Max. Mean Effective Isotropic
Radiated Powerof 36 dBm) and amended from time to time and on non -interferance
and non -prottection(non-exclusive)basis.

specific wireless licence and also,if applicable,fulfillment of specific service licence as
