Professor Alexey Buyakov
Professor Buyakov is the Deputy Rector of the Maritime State University of Vladivostok. He has published widely on the victims of
Stalin’s purges in the 1930s. Professor Buyakov is a guest of FASS, working with Professor Bing on a research project about the
Chinese Communist party.
