What's New in Āku Mahi

WHAT’S NEW IN ĀKU MAHI – VERSION 13
The latest version of Āku Mahi is similar to the current version, however there are a few changes to
note.

My Details and My Favourites menus are now all located on the left hand side.
Other menu options such as Leave and Approvals are drop-downs lists rather than click tabs,
as per above screenshot.
Presentation has changed i.e. banner and general look has been rebranded.
Managers can approve or decline requests directly from the home page notification, which is now
hyperlinked.
Changing to or viewing another job is now done through My Details instead of My View. Select
the arrow next to My Details heading to open up the panel, followed by the arrow next to your
name. Click the Historical
icon to bring up the list of previous jobs. Then click
employee number next to the Job you want, followed by the Select icon
number and title should now appear for all of your employment details.

In Context navigation for team leaders is now done through My Details instead of My View.
Select the arrow next to My Details heading to open up the panel, followed by the arrow next to
your name to open up the team list. Then click the team member name and hit the Select icon
to view In Context. The ‘Clear Team Member View’ button to return to your own team
leader context is now located at the top of the left panel menu.

Viewing team list in Current Employees Detail Snapshot for team leaders is slightly different.
Instead of selecting the Audit ID link, team leaders can now click anywhere in the row of the
chosen employee and the employee’s details will show in the panel underneath.

My Requests and Āku Mahi Help are now accessed through the Links menu on the far right of
the home page.
As with the current version please note that it is important for you to logout completely when finished
by selecting Logout and then exit your browser or lock your computer for additional security.
