Sheldon National Wildlife Refuge (updated 2010) Geologic setting: Geothermal features: Virgin Valley Ranch: Showers at the Virgin Valley Campground on the Sheldon National Wildlife Refuge reportedly use water from a warm (32°C) artesian well located in C W½ Sec. 2, T45N, R26E (Cathrall and others, 1977).
