GC Engleman Well, NJ Gunderson Well: The N. J. Gunderson well southwest of Sand Spring (Sec.
19, T3S, R55E) has a water temperature of 28ºC. Two other wells in Sec. 5 and 8, T4S, R55E are
reported to contain "warm" water (Van Denburgh and Rush, 1974).
Sand Spring: Sand Spring in Sec. 26, T2S, R55E is the only reported warm spring in northwestern
Lincoln County. It has a temperature of 30ºC, and a flow rate of 0.8 L/min.
