MEASUREMENT EVALUATION
INTEGRITY EVALUATION
Transforming Measurement Data into Decisions
Transforming Integrity Data into Decisions
Within an operating organisation, continuous and
regular performance evaluation might be a challenging
goal. Moreover, systematic and consistent evaluation
is crucial for the overall control and security of physical
assets like pipelines, vessels, valves, chokes and other
equipment exposed to the flow of oil and gas.
The Roxar Integrity Evaluation Report is designed to
increase safety and facilitate decision-making with a
direct cost reduction effect.
A graph included in a report showing an example how meter data
from a Roxar Wet Gas Meter might be compared to other instruments.
Graph and data would then be used when analyzing / evaluating meter
performance.
A graph included in a report showing actual flow rates from a Roxar
2600 Multiphase Meter. Oil, water and gas rates as well as actual
water liquid ratio and actual gas volume fraction are presented in
the graph.
Consistency and regular evaluation of data that
the instruments deliver might be a challenge
over the asset’s lifecycle, especially during busy
operational periods.
The Roxar Measurement Evaluation Report is
designed to facilitate decision-making process
and reduce uncertainty in such circumstances.
Furthermore, local conditions, wells and
reservoir characteristics change over time and
might require fresh and new data evaluation.
Measurement Evaluation covers the following
Roxar instruments:

+ + Wetgas
Meter (topside and subsea)
+ + Watercut

The Integrity Evaluation report is specifically developed
for the following Roxar instruments:

/ Erosion Probes
+ + Coupons
+ + Field
Signature Method Units
+ + Sand

determine where localized corrosion has occurred on a
pipe. Increased corrosion at the top of the line, bottom
of the line or a weld is easily recognized.

A graph included in a report showing an erosion event detected with a sand
erosion probe. The probe has four measuring elements for redundancy and the
graph shows metal loss for each element together with their average value. The
ruler is used to quantify metal loss and determine average erosion rate during
the erosion event.
