meet their business goals and objectives. Valve Automation Lifecycle Services offer a
comprehensive health-check and preventive maintenance service solution for actuators
that is centered on proactive assessment of the actuator’s performance, health and its
overall condition to perform. We want your actuator to work when you need it to work.
We design our actuators to last for many years but getting a confirmation that the
integrity of the actuator has not been compromised will bring you peace of mind.
Our Lifecycle Service solutions are executed by highly trained service technicians that
pride themselves on getting the job done right the first time. Safety is at the forefront
of what we do thus, our service technicians will perform all work in a fashion that is
consistent with our safety culture and is aligned with what our customers expect.

Proactive Maintenance Activities Performed
Below are some of the typical activities performed
by Valve Automation as a part of the preventive
maintenance solution for each actuator:

Professional Repair and Replacement
Valve Automation Service Technicians will review the information collected on each
actuator and recommend additional repair if needed or for the actuator to be replaced if it
is more cost effective to do so.
All repairs will be conducted by Field Service technicians that are trained to perform
quality repairs with genuine OEM parts.
Our service technicians will verify that the actuator is performing and in good working
order before leaving the job site. Each actuator assessed will receive a “certified tag” to
indicate that it has been assessed, repaired, tested and ready for operations.
After Startup
•A detailed service report is provided to the customer that documents the
findings, actions taken, any testing information and describes any follow-up work
recommended. A “certified tag” is attached to each actuator that has been evaluated
thus allowing the customer to know the health status of their actuators
