Campus AutoLoad
Introduction
Pace University students have the ability to add additional funds to their Pace OneCard for
printing, copying, and scanning. You can use these features by simply setting up the Campus
AutoLoad Account. The Campus AutoLoad Account is an automated service used to replenish
depleted accounts that can be found on the Pace Higher One website. This account is strictly
used for Printing Services and various vending machines.
Note: The Campus AutoLoad feature will not be active until funds are present on the OneAccount.
When adequate funds are available the Campus AutoLoad will deduct money from the
OneAccount.
To setup the Campus AutoLoad:
 go to www.paceuone.com
 type your Mypace Portal Username and Password
Located at the top corner is your current account balance. You must verify that funds are
present on your OneAccount.
If the OneAccount balance is equal to $0.00 please follow the instructions labeled Add Bank
Account and Add Funds to add money. If funds are currently available, skip to the section
labeled Campus AutoLoad Setup.
Add Bank Account
 hover over User Profile located on the top tab
 select Accounts
 click Add a Funding Bank Account
 enter the requested banking information
 click Add Account
Note: By entering the bank information, you acknowledge and agree to have Higher One make two
small deposits and one small withdrawal (less than $1.00) from your funding account as part of
a verification process.

 retrieve the deposit and withdrawal amounts from your funding bank account statement
for confirmation.
 hover over User Profile located on the top tab and select Accounts
 select the Confirm button and enter the exact amounts deposited and withdrawn by
Higher One.
 click Submit to complete the process.
Add Funds
 hover over Transfer & Payments located on the top tab
 select Transfer Money
Note: A minimum of $25.00 dollars is required for this transaction.
 enter desired Amount
 click Continue
Note: Verification of the bank and transferring of funds will take 3-5 business days.
Campus AutoLoad Setup
 hover over User Profile located on the top tab

 select Campus AutoLoad
Note: The Campus AutoLoad feature allows for the account to be replenished when the card reaches
its ‘Low Amount’. The ‘AutoLoad Amount’ will be automatically taken from the main
PaceOne Account and then used for printing by the Campus AutoLoad.
 enter the desired Low Amount
The Low Amount is the amount that triggers the Campus AutoLoad to request for additional
funds.
 enter the desired AutoLoad Amount
The AutoLoad Amount is the desired amount of money that will be automatically deducted
from the main OneAccount and added to the Campus AutoLoad account for printing and
various vending services.
 click Update
 click Submit to confirm settings
Note: Transferring of funds from the OneAccount to the Campus AutoLoad will take 1-2 business
days.
A notification appears stating, “Campus AutoLoad setting successfully updated.” This is an
indication that the Campus AutoLoad has been successfully processed.
