New Speed Lane Program for Standard Size Daniel Senior and Simplex Fittings
To dramatically improve lead times for standard size Daniel Senior and Simplex Orifice Fittings, we are implementing the
new Speed Lane Program. As the name suggests, the purpose of this program is to ensure available fittings ship within
72 hours of order receipt. If expedited shipment is necessary, every effort will be made to meet the delivery request.
The chart below indicates the sizes and specifications of the Daniel fittings included in the Speed Lane Program. To
streamline customer communications, all Daniel sales representatives have access to a quick reference guide, known as
the Material Availability Report that is updated daily and confirms the number of available fittings.
Knowing the quantity of finished product that is available for immediate shipment will fluctuate based on demand, we
have also improved our supply chain to ensure appropriate quantities of raw castings are maintained at all times. In fact,
casting quantities are reviewed daily to ensure ongoing material availability.
This new Speed Lane Program, in combination
with the design enhancements which were
introduced earlier this year, are catalysts
that will help us continue to significantly
