When you choose Emerson you will save money on installation with our unique RosemountTM 2410 Tank
Hub. The only power supply you need is to the tank hub, and then you daisy chain between the radar devices.
This will cut the cost of cabling in half. No rack, barriers, power conditioner and no bus termination – it is all
handled by the tank hub. You can save even more on cabling costs by using Emerson 775 Wireless THUM™
Adapters on the radar devices and communicating with a wireless gateway, instead of via the tank hub.

The Tank Monitoring System
Perfect for base chemical tanks, batch tanks, day tanks, clarifiers, oil & gas applications and more.
The system consists of:
+ Rosemount 5300 Guided Wave Radar and/or Rosemount 5400 Non-Contacting Radar - radar technology for level measurement that is virtually unaffected by any process
conditions.
+ TankMaster Winview - the operator’s interface to small tank farms. It provides level
measurement control, volume calculations, and alarm handling as well as automatic
report handling.
+ Rosemount 2410 Tank Hub - collects and transfers data between field devices and the
control room. It also feeds power to the Rosemount field devices on the FISCO compliant
intrinsically safe Tankbus. It supports standard protocols and emulation of other vendors protocols, and offers two configurable integral relay outputs.
+ Wireless Gateway - provides security, scalability, and data reliability. Layered security
ensures that the network stays protected. Its self-organizing nature automatically establishes, and continuously assesses, communication paths that ensure simple commissioning and optimal data reliability.
+ Emerson 775 Wireless THUM Adapter - retrofits on any existing two- or four-wire
HART® device and enables WirelessHART® transmission of measurement and diagnostic
information.
