Attached is a list of videos currently cataloged as part of the BLM/FWS Interagency Library collection.
Please have a program official from your office review the video titles associated with their program.
Program officials are to indicate whether individual videos should be deleted or retained and initial the
notation. Completed responses are to be returned to Jennifer Peterson, Interagency Library
Technician, by May 15, 2002. The cooperation and assistance of your staff is appreciated.
New videos already received by the library will be cataloged and added to the collection. An updated
index will be available in the library once the collection has been screened and the new videos
cataloged. A copy of the index, along with information pertaining to the borrowing procedure, will then
be forwarded to all California offices. Questions regarding this directive or the video screening process
may be directed to the BLM State Records Manager, Louise Tichy, or Jennifer Peterson.
