2004 BLM California Pre-Season Fire Meeting DD: 2/27/04

The BLM California Pre-Season Fire Meeting is scheduled for April 7 - 8, 2004, in Sacramento,
California. The meeting will begin at 8:00 AM on Wednesday, April 7th, and end at 4:30 PM on
Thursday, April 8th. The meeting will be held at the Vagabond Executive Inn, 2030 Arden Way, in
Sacramento. A block of rooms has been reserved under BLM, Fire and Aviation. For reservations, call
916-286-2400. The cut-off date to make room reservations is March 19, 2004. Please be sure to
make your reservations by that date.
We are meeting on the same dates as the State Management Team (SMT). This gives us an opportunity
to meet with the SMT. We are scheduled to meet with them on Wednesday, April 7, from 1 -5 PM, at
the State Office.
We are in the process of developing the agenda. Please submit any topics you would like addressed at
the meeting so we can incorporate them into the agenda. E-mail topics to Doug Waggoner by
February 27, 2004. This will give us time to adjust the agenda and get out a final version before the
meeting.
