This Bulletin revises and supplements information distributed to the field in Information Bulletin
No. CA-2003-021.
The Agenda for the Workshop is attached along with an area map.
The Workshop will be held at the State Office rather than at the Doubletree Hotel. This change was
made for cost-saving purposes. Accordingly, there is no block of rooms reserved at the Doubletree.
I encourage you to make reservations at less expensive local motels and I have attached a list of
motels with rates for single occupancy rooms or go to
