The products are: 1. Highlights (notes from the meeting); 2. Action Items; and 3. Dates to Remember (training, meetings and conferences). The “Action Items” table needs to be reviewed carefully as it identifies the responsible party(s) to complete the action and target dates for completion. The “Dates to Remember” table is not allinclusive but covers major events that need to be remembered.
