Briefly describe the proposed solution, how it is different from & superior to other existing solutions. Clearly state the conclusion. Last paragraph is a summary of the paper structure. Establish rapport with audience by speaking to them for a couple of minutes (summarize the result, how this talk relates to other talks in the session, how it relates to the keynote of the conference, how you got interested in this topic).
