The Boating Industries Alliance Australia today launched a new corporate partnerships program, providing
opportunities for key marine industry organisations to further demonstrate their commitment to the longterm success of the sector.
Speaking after the launch, BIAA Chairman Darren Vaux said “Australians have a natural affinity with the
water and boating. By joining with the BIAA to support the many and varied programs to promote boating,
industry professional development and advocacy to government stakeholders, BIAA Corporate Partners will
play a key role in ensuring the resources to sustain the boating lifestyle and the marine industry that makes
this possible, are available into the future”.
Vaux continued “we have designed a tiered partnership structure to provide partners with a range of
benefits, all offering unique exposure opportunities to the Australian recreational and light commercial
marine industry, matching a variety of investment objectives. We believe the program offers an excellent
branding and communication opportunity for partners and expect there to be great interest from industry
suppliers”.
Partnership options offer exclusive access to BIAA events and industry communications, with benefits
based on an annual partnership, with access to included entitlements to be scheduled around the annual
BIAA and industry program of events and communications. Industry conference benefits require a
minimum 2-year partnership investment for alignment with the biennial conference and trade exhibition,
the next being marine15 May 2015 Gold Coast.

The Boating Industries Alliance Australia is the national peak body for the recreational and light commercial
