EMERGENCY EYEWASH
TESTING LOG
All eyewashes (both plumbed and self-contained models) must be
inspected on a weekly basis.




Ensure that access to the eyewash is unobstructed.
Check for leaks, damage, unsanitary conditions, or anything else that would prevent
proper operation.
Flush for 2-3 minutes to eliminate bacteria and other contaminants.
