 On‐Boarding for New Hires OrgPlus® Organizational Charts The primary goal of On‐Boarding is to create the best, positive new‐hire experience possible. To successfully accomplish the on‐boarding process, a coordinated effort among the new hire, the hiring manager, staff support, the University Benefits Office, and Human Resources is required. Visit our enhanced Getting Started at Pace website. Learn more about OrgPlus, a software package that provides real‐time organization charts of Pace University’s full‐time staff. Academic areas and part‐time staff will follow in the second phase of the project. You can view the organizational charts via a link in the Employee Self‐
Service section on MyPace Portal. 
 Executive On‐Boarding Process Online Faculty Annual Assignments There is a core on‐boarding process for all new hires. For management level and executive level new hires, the on‐
boarding process provides additional services to ensure a smooth and rapid transition to the new position. Visit our Executive On‐Boarding website. Faculty can view annual assignment information online 24/7. Log on via a link in the Employee Self‐Service section of MyPace Portal. 
Online Payment Action Form
A new online payment action process, in lieu of using paper forms, is coming soon to the schools/college. Implementation in the other areas will follow within the next several months, until we have eliminated the use of the paper Salary Increase / Payment Authorization form and all other salary‐related forms! Salary actions for all employee types will be processed via this Banner‐linked, password‐protected online system. 
 Employment & Income Verification – 24/7! A secure automated way for employees to authorize third party verifiers (like lenders, landlords, and social services agencies) to confirm their Pace University employment and salary information. For more information about procedures for obtaining verifications go to the Employment & Income Verification website.  YES Employee Recognition Program Additions iStrategy
Pace’s new Data Warehouse application that pulls and transforms a multitude of information from Banner into easy‐to‐read reports for analysis. Learn more about this exciting product (as well as training opportunities sponsored by HR) on the ITS website. The YES Award provides special recognition to Pace staff for simple achievements in their everyday roles. Student workers are now eligible to receive the YES Award, too! In addition, the online recognition form now includes the ability to select groups of employees. Check out the New
