will take place:

Spending Account.

All changes become effective on July 1, 2011.

On or before May 1, 2011, your personalized
2010 Compensation & Benefits Statement will be available
on the Pace Portal.

This statement will provide you with information concerning
your total compensation from
January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010, including the
value of the benefit contributions the University made on
your behalf.
Benefits are an important part of your compensation as they provide financial
protection from extraordinary health expenses and financial security throughout
your career at Pace and into retirement. This personalized statement will
provide you with necessary information to understand and manage the
comprehensive benefits we provide to you and your family.

 Academic Federal Credit Union: offers savings and loan accounts at competitive rates, as well as other services, including direct deposit, credit and debit cards, insurance discounts, auto loans, and entertainment discounts. The best news is that a branch is located in Woodward Hall on our Briarcliff Campus! For more information contact them at (914) 923‐3608, or visit their website at: www.academicfcu.org As of Thursday, March 31st, you can now log into the Help Desk system at https://help.pace.edu to submit a Help Desk request for many of your Benefits‐related needs. This service‐focused initiative provides 24/7 access to 100+ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) regarding the Benefit programs at Pace University. It gives you the ability to track your requests and receive periodic updates. In addition, the department will now be able to monitor response times and make service improvements. Your Benefits‐related inquiries and requests will continue to be handled during our regular office hours, Monday through Friday, from 9am‐5pm.  Employee Assistance Program: provides cost‐free or discounted professional consultation and referral services for University employees who are experiencing work and personal‐related difficulties. Spouses/partners & immediate family members are also eligible for EAP services. TIME OFF BENEFIT AT PACE REMINDERS: Please Participant! Summer Flex Days are Here Again! As a small token of appreciation, the University will again offer flexible summer hours this year. This summer each full‐time staff member will have the opportunity to take every other Friday off, for three Fridays, or the equivalent of three days between July 1 and August 12. 
