Annual YES Events Our second annual YES events took place on September 20th in NYC and October 10th on the PLV campus. This event is a special informal celebration, attended by the President, for all employees who were recognized through the YES employee recognition program for the period of January 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012. It was a great opportunity for spending time with colleagues, enjoying refreshments, and playing games to win prizes. Everyone received a gift! Student‐designed bookmarks were available to purchase in support of the Student Textbook Scholarship Program. Read more details below! Student Textbook Scholarship Award HR created a new scholarship fund to provide an annual textbook scholarship to a YES award‐winning student worker. The fund is being established with proceeds raised from selling student‐designed bookmarks at faculty and staff events and/or contributions from parties with an interest TRUE or FALSE? As a new

The Brown Bag Break
Engage and motivate your staff!
Since the Fall of 2011, the Employee Relations team has been proactively reaching out to various departments and schools throughout the University to organize the BBB @ Pace program, an employee feedback forum. Sixteen sessions were held with over 100 employees throughout the PLV, WP, NYC and Law School campuses. We received a lot of positive feedback such as: “the program concept is great”; and “it was helpful to have some dialogue on HR types of issues”; as well as “the session was helpful and informative.” If you are interested in learning more about the BBB @ Pace Program, please contact Luciana Ziegler, [email protected] (Westchester), or Anna Vidiaev, [email protected] (NYC).
