LAW SCHOOL Thursday ~ March 7, 2013 ~ 3pm–5pm ~ Tudor Room NYC Thursday ~ March 14, 2013 ~ 3pm–5pm ~ Multipurpose Room Organizational Learning & Development (OL&D) 21 different professional and management training programs were delivered in 49 separate sessions for 739 participants 11 instructor-led technology training programs were delivered in 65 separate sessions for 352 staff members 2 Staffing & Recruitment We welcomed 145 full time staff new hires! 4 e-learning modules were made available for individual, selfpaced learning, with 168 staff members participating Benefits As part of our ongoing “Wellness” campaign, the first year of the Preventive Care Program resulted in a 5% increase in employee well visits and exams to 65% while the national average decreased 5% to 42%. Pace continues its commitment to wellness. Watch for the arrival (pun intended!) of the “Pace University Healthy Babies” campaign this spring! Staff Development Day The First Annual University-Wide Staff Development Day was a success, with 134 staff members attending 17 concurrent training programs facilitated by 10 different Pace University departments! One-on-One OnCampus Retirement Plan Counseling Sessions TIAA-CREF held a total of 259 individual counseling sessions for faculty and staff in 2012. Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Ensuring that our employees are paid for their hard work and contribution is no small task. In 2012, the HRIS group processed 104,829 payments for 5,684 employees including full-time faculty and staff, adjuncts, parttimers and students!
