quarterly newsletter is to provide staff and faculty with news and information about Human Resources’ people, programs and

Organizational Learning & Development (OL&D)
It’s Performance Review Time!
The FY2014 Performance Management Development Process (PMDP) Review Process and the
FY2015 Goal Setting are currently in progress.
The FY14 PMDP review and FY15 Goals and Individual Development Plan (IDP) should be
completed, approved, and submitted to Human Resources
by September 30, 2014 however some managers may request goals to be submitted and
approved before September 30.
Access the PMDP/Goal Setting System via the Pace Portal or by clicking on this link, and
sign in using your Pace username and password. The PMDP system functions only in the
following browsers: Internet Explorer, Version 10 and below and Firefox, Version 12.0 and above. Please use these browsers to complete
the process.
If you missed the PMDP Training that was offered in July and August, check out the FY-2014 PMDP Online Training Video, Guide
to Staff Goal Setting and Establishing Performance Expectations and Goal Setting OnlineTutorial. Workshops can also be
offered as dedicated sessions by college, school, and division upon request. Please contact Susan Donahue at

 The FY2015 Goal Setting form is available for you to input your performance goals and expectations for the July 2014-June 2015
period.


was held on June 6, 2014. This year’s Forum
continued our practice of convening the
University’s leadership to discuss key topics
and initiatives that will significantly contribute
to our success and align with our five year strategic plan.
Dr. Jeanie Cockell, presented the topic, “Appreciative Inquiry in Higher
Education: Transforming our Culture.” Dean Harriet Feldman and her
leadership team shared the work they have been engaged in with
Appreciative Inquiry in the College of Health Professions.

Pace Westchester Campus!
The upcoming session is tentatively scheduled to begin September 9, from 12:00pm – 1:00pm
in the BRC Dining Hall Conference Room.

12-Week Series Plus one free week for a total of 13 weeks: $156.00 per member.
This price includes free registration and free eTools for each member. Human
Resources will pay 10% of your $156.00 registration fee. Your cost would be $140.40.
It is payable upfront with cash, check, credit/debit card or three split payments of
$46.80 each.
17 Week Series Plus two free weeks: $186.00 per member. This price includes free
registration and free eTools for each member. Human Resources will pay 10% of your
$186 registration fee. Your cost would be $167.40. It is payable upfront with cash,
check, credit/debit card or three split payments of $55.80 each.
Please note: Fifteen participants are needed for the 12-week (one free week / session total
13 weeks) to run. Twenty participants are needed for the 17-week (two free weeks / session
total 19 weeks) to run.
