I am voluntarily participating in the Spring Express Check Out process instead of
checking out in person with a Residence life staff member.
I will follow all instructions for checking out of the Residence Halls that is listed on
my door.
Residence Life will conduct an inspection of my room / suite after the halls have
closed for the Spring Semester.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for ANY damages or cleaning that is found
during the inspection and understand that I may be billed for the damages.
I acknowledge that if I do not complete this form or check out with a Residence Life
staff member, I will be charged $75 for an Improper Check Out.
I will sign up on my RA’s door for the day that I will be handing in this form and my
keys.
