Below are the instructions to access, consent and print your W2 tax information
from our Employee self-service:

Your W2 Is Available Online!
W2 2015 Earning Statement Is Available
Pace University is excited to announce that an electronic version
of your 2015 W2 is now available via the Self Service Portal. This downloadable copy is a valid W2 for
IRS submission. By electing to receive your W2 online, you will receive your W2 two weeks earlier than
receiving a hardcopy. You will also help save the environment by choosing not to use unnecessary
paper.
Employees follow these easy steps:
STEP 1: Navigate to the "Staff Tab" on your Self Service Portal and click "Employee Information and
Pay Advice"
STEP 2: Select the "Tax Forms" link

STEP 3: Select the link you would like to access from the Tax Forms list
(To select your W2 form, click "W2 Year End Earnings Statement")
*Important Note: Before printing the W2 form, set your printing options to print "Landscape
Orientation." Also, please distribute this notification to your student-worker population.
