Accessing Alternative Media from Firefly

1. Open firefly from your iPad app or www.fireflybykurzweil.com
2. Enter your username and password and select Log In. If you do not have a username and password, contact the
Office of Accessibility at (330)972-7928 or [email protected].
3. Select your name and open your private folder. Alternative media will be placed in the private folder, for only
you to access.
4. Select the alternative media you plan to read.
5. Select the chapter to open. All numbers prior to the title of the book will correspond with the chapters in the book.
00 will always be the table of contents.

6. The chapter will open, as seen below.
7. Use the options button to change the pace of the reading, voice and how the reading is highlighted.
