The deadline for completing the dissertation defense is April 1 of the fifth year. Approval of the
dissertation defense must be documented and on file with the Program Chair. Students must obtain the
signatures of their advisor, committee members, and the ADA Program Chair at their university. This
completed form is due to the Program Chair on or before April 1.
