Notes:
See Honors College Student Handbook for Approved Honors Electives
3600:120 Intro to Ethics is required for the BME program and will also fufill an Honors Group I requirement.
Honors students can count their Senior Design project as their Honors project for this program.
There are 9 credits of BME Electives and they must include a minimum of 3 credits from a BME (4800) course.
The other 6 credits of BME Electives must be 300-400 level engineering, math, physics, biology or chemistry courses.
See Biomedical Engineering Departmental Office for Approved BME Electives
*While 3300:112 English Composition II is preferred, 2020:222 Technical Report Writing is accepted to fufill the English composition elective.
**The Engr. Elective can be any 4xxx: 300 or 400 level course.
