University of Akron, May 23-24, 2014. We are working to confirm 40 volunteers needed to ensure that the event will run smoothly
on Memorial Day weekend. Please review the following schedule and expectations for the event:

8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Experience is not necessary to be a volunteer. If you are interested in volunteering, please complete and return the attached form no
later than March 1, 2014. Those who volunteer for Saturday (May 24) will receive either breakfast or lunch provided they are
volunteering during the times these meals are served. If you have colleagues who may be interested in volunteering, please forward
them the information.
