‫‪ (۱‬ﻣﻮﺟﻮﺩﻳﺖﻫﺎﻱ ﺷﺮﮐﺖ‪ ،‬ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺿﻲ ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ‪ ،‬ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺭﺍ ﺩﺭ ﻧﻈﺮ ﺑﮕﻴﺮﻳﺪ‪ .‬ﻳﮏ ﻧﻤﻮﺩﺍﺭ‬
‫ﻣﻮﺟﻮﺩﻳﺖ ﺿﻌﻴﻒ ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﺩﺍﺭﺩ؟‬
‫‪ (۲‬ﺩﺭ ﻣﺪﻝﺳﺎﺯﻱ ﺩﺍﺩﻩﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﺭﻭﺵ ‪ ER‬ﮔﺎﻩ ﻣﺸﮑﻼﺗﻲ ﺑﺮﻭﺯ ﻣﻲﮐﻨﺪ‪ ،‬ﺍﺯ ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﻣﺸﮑﻞ ﺩﺍﻡ ﭘﻴﻮﻧﺪﻱ‪ .‬ﺩﻭ ﺣﺎﻟﺖ ﺭﺍﻳﺞﺗﺮ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺩﺍﻡ ﻋﺒﺎﺭﺗﻨﺪﺍﺯ ﺩﺍﻡ ﻳﮏ‬
‫ﭼﻨﺪﻱ ﻭ ﺩﺍﻡ ﺷﮑﺎﻑ‪ .‬ﺍﻳﻦ ﺩﺍﻡﻫﺎ ﺭﺍ ﺷﺮﺡ ﺩﺍﺩﻩ ﻭ ﺑﺮﺍﻱ ﻫﺮ ﻳﮏ ﺍﺯ ﺁﻥﻫﺎ ﻳﮏ ﻣﺜﺎﻝ ﺍﺯ ﻣﺤﻴﻄﻲ ﺑﻪ ﻏﻴﺮ ﺍﺯ ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ﺩﺍﻧﺸﮕﺎﻩ ﺫﮐﺮ ﻧﻤﺎﻳﻴﺪ ﻭ ﺩﺭ ﺻﻮﺭﺕ‬
‫ﻟﺰﻭﻡ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻴﺰﺍﻥ ﮐﺎﻓﻲ ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ﺭﺍ ﺷﺮﺡ ﺩﻫﻴﺪ ‪.‬ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﺮﺍﻱ ﻫﺮ ﮐﺪﺍﻡ‪ ،‬ﺭﺍﻩ ﺣﻠﻲ ﺍﺭﺍﺋﻪ ﺩﻫﻴﺪ‪.‬‬
‫‪ (۳‬ﺩﺭ ﻳﮏ ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺎﺗﻲ ﺩﻭ ﺯﻳﺮ ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﺩﺍﺭﺩ ﻭ ﺩﺭ ﻫﺮ ﺯﻳﺮ ﻣﺤﻴﻂ‪ ،‬ﻧﻴﺎﺯ ﺍﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﻲ ﮐﺎﺭﺑﺮ ﻧﺎﻇﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮﺟﻮﺩﻳﺖﻫﺎﻱ ﺯﻳﺮ ﺍﺳﺖ‪:‬‬

‫ﺛﺎﻧﻴ ﹰﺎ‪ :‬ﻳﮏ ﻧﻤﻮﺩﺍﺭ ‪ ER‬ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﺍﺯ ﻳﮑﭙﺎﺭﭼﻪ ﺳﺎﺯﻱ ﺩﻭ ﻧﻤﻮﺩﺍﺭ ﻗﺴﻤﺖ ﺍﻟﻒ ﺑﺮﺍﻱ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺩﻭ ﻣﻮﺟﻮﺩﻳﺖ ﺭﺳﻢ ﮐﻨﻴﺪ‪.‬‬
‫‪ (۴‬ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﺷﻤﺎ ﺩﺭ ﻣﺪﻝﺳﺎﺯﻱ ﻣﻌﻨﺎﻳﻲ ﺩﺍﺩﻩﻫﺎ‪ ،‬ﺭﻭﺵ ﻣﺪﻝﺳﺎﺯﻱ ﭼﻪ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎﺗﻲ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺩﺍﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ؟‬

‫ﺍﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩﻩ ﻣﻲﮐﻨﻨﺪ‪ .‬ﻳﮏ ﻧﻤﻮﺩﺍﺭ ‪ ER‬ﺳﺎﺩﻩ ﺑﺮﺍﻱ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ﺭﺳﻢ ﮐﻨﻴﺪ ﻭ ﻓﻬﺮﺳﺖ ﭘﺮﺳﺶﻫﺎﻳﻲ ﮐﻪ ﻣﺪﻝﺳﺎﺯﻱ ﺷﻤﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺁﻥﻫﺎ ﭘﺎﺳﺦ ﻣﻲﺩﻫﺪ ﺭﺍ‬
‫ﺗﻨﻈﻴﻢ ﻧﻤﺎﻳﻴﺪ‪.‬‬
‫‪ (۶‬ﺁﻳﺎ ﻣﻔﺎﻫﻴﻢ ﺗﻌﻤﻴﻢ‪ ،‬ﺗﺨﺼﻴﺺ ﻭ ﺗﺠﻤﻊ ﺩﺭ ﺭﻭﺵ ‪ ER‬ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﻧﻤﺎﻳﺶ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ؟‬
‫‪ (۷‬ﻣﻔﺎﻫﻴﻢ ﺯﻳﺮ ﺭﺍ ﺩﺭ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﻲﮔﻴﺮﻳﻢ‪:‬‬
