Examiners must ask oral questions pertaining to the experiment only. They should try to know the understanding of the students about the experiment. 2. Part III February / March 2016 Instructions to the Laboratory Supervisors 1. It is expected that all experiments as per slips be arranged in the laboratory at the time of inspection on the day as declared. 2. A copy of question slips sent herewith would be used by Lab Supervisor for arranging experiments of each group. The slips are also to be displayed for information of students. 3. The date wise distribution of Groups of experiments to candidates should be displayed. 4. The candidates should be supplied with necessary mathematical tables. Use of non programmable calculator is allowed. 5. Experts should keep a file of the actual circuit diagrams, observations and calculations recorded by them. If required it should be given to the examiner for reference. Data of various constants must be given whenever required. 6. All slips are to be completely pasted on the answer paper. Sd/Prof. B. P. Part III February / March 2016 Instructions to Candidates 1. The time of examination is given below. The candidate must be present at least 15 min beforethe scheduled time at fixed place. 2. The candidate must produce his/her duly certified laboratory journal and should bear examination seat number at right hand top corner. However if a candidate has lost journal he/she must produce a certificate regarding the completion of required number of experiments. 3. The students will be examined in six practical each of 3 hours duration. 4. The Candidates should note carefully the distribution of marks shown on each practical slip. 5. All observations and calculations must be written in blue ink only. 6. Use of logarithmic table /calculator is allowed. Candidate should bring their own sets of geometrical instruments. 7. Candidates must show at least one adjustment of each type to the examiner and get it signed. 8. The candidates should also read carefully the instructions printed on the answer-book. 9. The candidates will not manipulate any observation, calculations/results. Time: Morning : 11-00 a.m. to 2-00 p.m. and Evening : 2-30 p.m. to 5-30 p.m. Sd/Prof. B. P. Relekar, Chairman, B. Sc.
