‫ﻳﺎﺩﺩﺍﺷﺖ‪» :‬ﭘﺎﺭﺍﺯﻳﺖ ﺍﻣﺮﻭﺯ ﻭ ﮔﺰﺍﺭﺵ ﻓﺮﺩﺍ«‬
‫ﺍﺑﻮﺍﻟﻘﺎﺳﻢ ﻗﺎﺳﻢﺯﺍﺩﻩ‬
‫ﺣﺎﻻ ﻛﻪ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻉ ﭘﺎﺭﺍﺯﻳﺖ ﻭ ﺍﺷﻌﻪ ﺯﻳﺎﻥﺁﻭﺭ ﺧﺒﺮ ﺭﻭﺯ ﺷﺪﻩ‬
‫ﺍﺳــﺖ ﻭﺯﺍﺭﺕ ﺍﺭﺗﺒﺎﻃﺎﺕ ﻧﻴﺰ ﻣﺴــﻮﻭﻟﻴﺖ ﺁﻥ ﺭﺍ ﻧﻤﻰﭘﺬﻳﺮﺩ ﻭ‬
‫ﺑﻪ ﻗﻮﻝ ﻣﻌﺮﻭﻑ »ﺟﺎﺧﺎﻟﻰ ﻣﻰﺩﻫﺪ«‪ .‬ﺳــﭙﺎﻩ ﭘﺎﺳﺪﺍﺭﺍﻥ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺒﺘﻪ‬
‫ﻭﺯﺍﺭﺕ ﺍﻃﻼﻋﺎﺕ ﻫﻢ ﮔﻔﺘﻪﺍﻧﺪ‪ ،‬ﭘﺨﺶ ﭘﺎﺭﺍﺯﻳﺖﻫﺎ ﻫﻴﭻ ﺍﺭﺗﺒﺎﻃﻰ‬
‫ﺑﺎ ﺁﻧﻬﺎ ﻧﺪﺍﺭﺩ‪ .‬ﺻﺪﺍﻭﺳــﻴﻤﺎ ﻫﻢ »ﺳﻜﻮﺕ« ﺭﺍ ﺗﺮﺟﻴﺢ ﻣﻰﺩﻫﺪ‪.‬‬
‫ﻣــﺮﺩﻡ ﻣﺎﻧﺪﻩﺍﻧﺪ ﻭ ﺭﻳﻴﺲﺟﻤﻬﻮﺭ‪ ،‬ﻛﻪ ﻭﺯﻳﺮ ﺑﻬﺪﺍﺷــﺖ ﺩﻭﻟﺖ‬
‫ﻣﻰﮔﻮﻳﺪ‪» ،‬ﭘﺮﻭﻧﺪﻩ ﺭﻭﻯ ﻣﻴﺰ ﺭﻳﻴﺲﺟﻤﻬﻮﺭ ﺍﺳﺖ«! ﺑﺮﺧﻰ ﭘﺎﻯ‬
‫»ﺍﺧﻼﻕ« ﺭﺍ ﻫﻢ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻴﺎﻥ ﺁﻭﺭﺩﻩﺍﻧﺪ ﻭ ﺍﺩﻋﺎ ﺩﺍﺭﻧﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎ ﭘﺎﺭﺍﺯﻳﺖ ﺍﺯ‬
‫ﺍﺧﻼﻕ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺻﻴﺎﻧﺖ ﻣﻰﻛﻨﻨﺪ!! ﺍﮔﺮ ﻣﺮﺍﻛﺰ ﻋﻠﻤﻰ ﻣﻰﮔﻮﻳﻨﺪ‬
‫ﭘﺎﺭﺍﺯﻳﺖ ﻭ ﭼﺘﺮ ﺍﺷﻌﻪ ﻣﻀﺮ‪ ،‬ﺑﻴﻤﺎﺭﻯﺯﺍ ﺍﺳﺖ ﻭ ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻥ ﺣﻔﺎﻇﺖ‬
‫ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ﺯﻳﺴﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮﺭ ﺭﺳــﻤﻰ ﺍﻃﻼﻉ ﻣﻰﺩﻫﺪ ﻛﻪ ﭘﺎﺭﺍﺯﻳﺖ‬
‫ﺳﺮﻃﺎﻧﺰﺍ ﺍﺳﺖ ﻻﺑﺪ ﻣﺮﺩﻡ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺑﻴﻦ »ﺍﺧﻼﻕ« ﻭ »ﺳﺮﻃﺎﻥ« ﻳﻜﻰ‬
‫ﺭﺍ ﺍﻧﺘﺨــﺎﺏ ﻛﻨﻨﺪ! ﺁﻥ ﻫﻢ ﺩﺭ ﻛﺸــﻮﺭﻯ ﻛﻪ ﻫﻤﻪ ﻣﻰﮔﻮﻳﻨﺪ‬
‫ﻣﺸﻜﻼﺕ ﺍﺧﻼﻗﻰ ﺩﺭ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ‪ ،‬ﮔﺴﺘﺮﺩﻩ ﻭ ﻋﻤﻴﻖ ﺷﺪﻩ ﺍﺳﺖ‪.‬‬
‫ﺍﮔﺮ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺍﺯ ﭼﻨﺪ ﺳــﺎﻟﻰ‪ ،‬ﻳﻜﺒﺎﺭﻩ ﺍﺯ ﺭﺷــﺪ ﺳﺮﻃﺎﻥ‪ ،‬ﺁﻥ ﻫﻢ ﺑﻪ‬
‫ﺧﺎﻃﺮ ﺁﻟﻮﺩﮔﻰ ﻫﻮﺍ ﭘﺰﺷﻜﺎﻥ ﻫﺸﺪﺍﺭ ﺩﺍﺩﻧﺪ‪ ،‬ﺗﺎ ﭼﻨﺪ ﺳﺎﻝ ﺩﻳﮕﺮ‬
‫ﻣﻮﺍﺟﻪ ﺑﺎ ﮔﺰﺍﺭﺵﻫﺎﻯ ﭘﺰﺷــﻜﻰ ﺟﺪﻳﺪﻯ ﻧﺒﺎﺷــﻴﻢ ﻛﻪ ﻗﺮﺍﺭ‬
‫ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻦ ﺩﺭ ﺷﻌﺎﻉ ﭘﺎﺭﺍﺯﻳﺖﻫﺎ ﻭ ﭘﺮﺗﻮﻫﺎﻯ ﺯﻳﺎﻧﺒﺎﺭ‪ ،‬ﺍﻧﻮﺍﻉ ﻭ ﺍﻗﺴﺎﻡ‬
‫ﺑﻴﻤﺎﺭﻯﻫﺎ ﻭ ﺳﺮﻃﺎﻥﻫﺎ ﺭﺍ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺷﺪﻩ ﺍﺳﺖ!؟ ﭘﺎﺭﺍﺯﻳﺖ‪ ،‬ﺍﻣﺮﻭﺯ‬
‫ﺩﺭ ﺩﺭﻭﻥ ﻣﻨﺎﺯﻝ ﻭ ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ﺯﻧﺪﮔﻰ ﻣﺮﺩﻡ ﺍﺳﺖ‪ ،‬ﮔﺰﺍﺭﺵ ﻓﺮﺩﺍ ﺍﺯ‬
‫ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﻭ ﺍﻣﻨﻴﺖ ﻣﺮﺩﻡ ﭼﻪ ﺧﻮﺍﻫﺪ ﺷﺪ؟‬
‫»ﺩﺳﺘﮕﺎﻩ ﺗﻜﺜﻴﺮ ﺑﺎﺑﻚ ﺯﻧﺠﺎﻧﻰﻫﺎ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺧﺎﻣﻮﺵ ﺷﻮﺩ«‬
‫»ﺍﻣﻴﺮﻋﺒﺎﺱ ﺳــﻠﻄﺎﻧﻰ« ﻋﻀﻮ ﻛﻤﻴﺘﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖﻭﺗﻔﺤﺺ ﺍﺯ‬
‫ﺑﺪﻫﻰ ﺑﺎﺑﻚ ﺯﻧﺠﺎﻧﻰ ﺗﺎﻛﻴﺪ ﻛﺮﺩ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎﺑﻚ ﺯﻧﺠﺎﻧﻰ ﺻﺪﺍﻭﺳﻴﻤﺎ‬
‫ﺭﺍ ﻫﻢ ﻧﻤﻚﮔﻴﺮ ﺧﻮﺩ ﻛﺮﺩﻩ ﺑﻮﺩ ﻭ ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﻴﻦ ﺧﺎﻃﺮ ﮔﺮﻭﻩ ﺍﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩ‬
‫ﺷﺒﻜﻪ ﻳﻚ ﺳﻴﻤﺎ ﻭ ﺷﺒﻜﻪ ﺟﺎﻡﺟﻢ ﺩﺭ ﺳﺎﻋﺎﺗﻰ ﺗﺒﻠﻴﻐﺎﺕ ﻭﻯ ﺭﺍ‬
‫ﻧﺸﺎﻥ ﻣﻰﺩﺍﺩ‪ .‬ﻭﻯ ﺩﺭ ﮔﻔﺖﻭﮔﻮ ﺑﺎ ﻧﻔﺘﻨﺎ ﺑﺎ ﺑﻴﺎﻥ ﺍﻳﻨﻜﻪ »ﺑﺨﺸﻰ‬
‫ﺍﺯ ﭘﻮﻝ ﺯﻧﺠﺎﻧﻰ ﺩﺭ ﺳــﺎﺯﻣﺎﻥﻫﺎ ﻭ ﻧﻬﺎﺩﻫﺎﻳﻰ ﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ ﺻﺪﺍﻭﺳﻴﻤﺎ‬
‫ﺧﺮﺝ ﺷﺪﻩ ﺍﺳــﺖ« ﮔﻔﺖ‪ :‬ﺗﻴﻢ ﺯﻧﺠﺎﻧﻰ ﺩﻻﻝ ﻫﻤﻪﭼﻴﺰ ﺑﻮﺩﻩ‬
‫ﻭ ﺩﺭ ﻫﺮ ﻋﺮﺻﻪ ﺩﺳــﺘﻰ ﺩﺍﺷﺘﻪ ﺍﺳــﺖ‪ .‬ﮔﻔﺘﻪ ﺷﺪﻩ ﺩﺭ ﺑﺤﺚ‬
‫ﻭﺍﺭﺩﺍﺕ ﻃﻼ ﻫﻢ ﺩﺳﺘﻰ ﺩﺍﺷﺘﻪﺍﻧﺪ‪ .‬ﻣﺜﻼ ‪30‬ﻣﻴﻠﻴﻮﻥﺩﻻﺭ ﻫﺰﻳﻨﻪ‬
‫ﻭﺍﺭﺩﺍﺕ ﻃﻼ ﺑــﻮﺩﻩ ﺍﻣﺎ ‪60‬ﻣﻴﻠﻴﻮﻥﺩﻻﺭ ﺑــﺮﺍﻯ ﺩﻭﻟﺖ ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮﺭ‬
‫ﻣﻰﺷﺪﻩ ﺍﺳــﺖ‪ .‬ﺳﻠﻄﺎﻧﻰ ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺍﺯ ﺩﺳﺘﻮﺭ ﺭﻳﻴﺲ ﺩﻭﻟﺖ‬
‫ﺳﺎﺑﻖ ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﻜﺎﺭﻯ ﺑﺎ ﺯﻧﺠﺎﻧﻰ ﺍﺷﺎﺭﻩ ﻛﺮﺩ ﻭ ﮔﻔﺖ‪» :‬ﺍﺣﻤﺪﻯﻧﮋﺍﺩ‬
‫ﻳﻚﺑﺎﺭ ﺩﺳــﺘﻮﺭ ﺩﺍﺩ ﺑﺎ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻓﺮﺩ ﻳﻌﻨﻰ ﺯﻧﺠﺎﻧﻰ ﻫﻤﻜﺎﺭﻯ ﺷﻮﺩ‪.‬‬
‫ﺭﺳﺘﻢ ﻗﺎﺳﻤﻰ ﻫﻢ ﺑﺎ ﺍﺳﺘﻨﺎﺩ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺨﻦ ﺍﺣﻤﺪﻯﻧﮋﺍﺩ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺩﺳﺘﻮﺭ‬
‫ﺭﺍ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻌﺎﻭﻧﺎﻧﺶ ﺩﺍﺩﻩ ﺍﺳــﺖ‪ «.‬ﻭﻯ ﺍﻓﺰﻭﺩ‪» :‬ﺑﺨﺸــﻰ ﺍﺯ ﺍﺭﺗﺒﺎﻁ‬
‫ﺯﻧﺠﺎﻧــﻰ ﻭ ﻛﺎﺭﻫﺎﻯ ﺍﻭ ﺍﺯ ﻃﺮﻳﻖ ]…[ ﺍﻧﺠﺎﻡ ﻣﻰﺷــﻮﺩ‪ .‬ﺍﻳﻦ‬
‫ﻓﺮﺩ ﺗﺎ ﻳﻚ ﺳــﺎﻝ ﭘﻴﺶ ﻣﻤﻨﻮﻉﺍﻟﻮﺭﻭﺩ ﺑﻮﺩ ﺍﻣﺎ ﺍﻛﻨﻮﻥ ﺑﺎ ﮔﺎﺭﺩ‬
‫ﺣﻔﺎﻇﺖ ﺗﺮﺩﺩ ﻣﻰﻛﻨﺪ ﻛﻪ ﮔﻔﺘﻪ ﻣﻰﺷﻮﺩ ﺑﻪ ﺩﻟﻴﻞ ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﺍﺳﻢ‬
‫ﺍﻳﻦ ﻓﺮﺩ ﺩﺭ ﻓﻬﺮﺳﺖ ﺗﺤﺮﻳﻢﻫﺎﺳﺖ ﻭ ﺗﻴﻢ ﺯﻧﺠﺎﻧﻰ ﺍﻛﻨﻮﻥ ﺍﺯ ﺍﻭ‬
‫ﺣﻤﺎﻳﺖ ﻣﻰﻛﻨﺪ ﻭ ﻛﺎﺭﻫﺎﻯ ﺑﺎﺑﻚ ﺯﻧﺠﺎﻧﻰ ﺭﺍ ﺍﻧﺠﺎﻡ ﻣﻰﺩﻫﺪ‪«.‬‬
‫ﺑــﻪ ﮔﻔﺘﻪ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻧﻤﺎﻳﻨﺪﻩ ﻣﺠﻠﺲ»ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻴﺖ ﺗﻴﻤﻰ ﻛﻪ ﺍﺯ ﺯﻧﺠﺎﻧﻰ‬
‫ﺣﻤﺎﻳﺖ ﻣﻰﻛﻨﺪ ﺑﻪ ﮔﻮﻧﻪﺍﻯ ﺍﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﺁﻧﻬﺎ ‪ 10‬ﺗﺎ ﺑﺎﺑﻚ ﭘﺮﻭﺭﺵ‬
‫ﻣﻰﺩﻫﻨــﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺍﮔﺮ ﻳﻜﻰ ﺑﻪ ﺩﺍﻡ ﺍﻓﺘــﺎﺩ ﻭ ﺑﻪ ﺯﻧﺪﺍﻥ ﺭﻓﺖ ﺑﻘﻴﻪ‬
‫ﻛﺎﺭﻫﺎ ﺭﺍ ﺍﺩﺍﻣﻪ ﺩﻫﻨﺪ‪«.‬‬
‫ﻳﺎﺩﺩﺍﺷـﺖ‪» :‬ﺿﺮﻭﺭﺕﻫـﺎ ﻭ ﺍﻧﺘﻈـﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺩﺭ ﺳـﺨﻨﺎﻥ‬
‫ﺭﻳﻴﺲﺟﻤﻬﻮﺭ«؛ ﻏﻼﻣﺮﺿﺎ ﻇﺮﻳﻔﻴﺎﻥ‬
‫ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺍﻣﺮﻭﺯ ﻣﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺸﻜﻼﺕ ﺭﻭﺑﻪﺭﻭ ﺍﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﺩﺭ ﺳﺨﻨﺎﻥ‬
‫ﺭﻳﺎﺳﺖﺟﻤﻬﻮﺭﻯ ﻗﺮﺍﺭ ﺩﺍﺷﺘﻪ ﻭ ﻭﻯ ﺍﺯ ﺩﺍﻧﺸﮕﺎﻩ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﺭﻓﻊ ﺁﻥ‬
‫ﻃﻠﺐ ﻛﻤﻚ ﻛﺮﺩ‪ .‬ﭼﺎﻟﺶﻫﺎﻯ ﺯﻳﺴﺖﻣﺤﻴﻄﻰ‪ ،‬ﺍﻧﺮژﻯ‪ ،‬ﻫﻮﺍﻯ‬
‫ﺁﻟﻮﺩﻩ ﻓﻀﺎﻯ ﺑﻬﺪﺍﺷﺘﻰ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ‪ ،‬ﻣﺴﺎﻟﻪ ﻣﻬﻢ ﺧﺸﻜﺴﺎﻟﻰ ﻭ ﻧﻴﺎﺯ‬
‫ﻣﺒﺮﻡ ﺑــﻪ ﺁﺏ ﺑﻪ ﺍﺭﺍﻳﻪ ﻃﺮﻳﻖ ﻋﻠﻤﻰ ﺍﺯ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻣﻮﺍﺭﺩ ﺍﺳــﺖ‪ .‬ﻣﺎ‬
‫ﻧﻴﺎﺯ ﺩﺍﺭﻳﻢ ﻛﻪ ﺍﺭﺗﺒﺎﻃﺎﺕ ﺑﻴﻦﺍﻟﻤﻠﻠﻰ ﺭﺍ ﺑﻪﺷﺪﺕ ﺗﻘﻮﻳﺖ ﻛﻨﻴﻢ‪.‬‬
‫ﻧﺒﺎﻳﺪ ﺑﻪ ﺩﺍﻧﺸﮕﺎﻩﻫﺎ ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮﺍﻥ ﺑﺎﺷﮕﺎﻩ ﺍﻣﻨﻴﺘﻰ ﻧﮕﺮﻳﺴﺘﻪ ﺷﻮﺩ‪.‬‬
‫ﺣﺴﻦ ﺭﻭﺣﺎﻧﻰ ﺑﺎ ﺍﻳﻨﻜﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺍﺻﻠﻰﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﺿﺮﻭﺭﻳﺎﺕ ﻭ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ‬
‫ﺁﻧﻬﺎ ﺗﺎﻛﻴﺪ ﺩﺍﺷــﺘﻨﺪ ﺍﻧﺘﻈﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺭﺍ ﺑﻴﺎﻥ ﻛﺮﺩﻧﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ‬
‫ﺗﻮﺍﻧﻤﻨﺪﻯﻫﺎ ﺩﺭ ﺣﻞ ﻣﻌﻀﻼﺕ ﻣﻠﻰ ﻛﺸــﻮﺭ ﺑﻪ ﻛﻤﻚ ﺩﻭﻟﺖ‬
‫ﺑﻴﺎﻳﻨﺪ ﻭ ﺩﺭ ﻓﻀﺎﻳﻰ ﻛﻪ ﺩﺭ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺩﺍﻧﺸﮕﺎﻫﻰ ﺑﺎﺭﻗﻪﻫﺎﻯ ﺍﻣﻴﺪ‬
‫ﭘﺲ ﺍﺯ ﺳﭙﺮﻯﺷــﺪﻥ ﺩﻭﺭﺍﻥ ﻃﻮﻻﻧﻰ ﺟﻮﺍﻧﻪ ﺯﺩﻩ‪ ،‬ﺍﻳﻦ ﻓﺮﺻﺖ‬
‫ﺭﺍ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﻣﻐﺘﻨﻢ ﺷﻤﺮﺩ‪.‬‬
‫ﻳﺎﺩﺩﺍﺷﺖ‪» :‬ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻄﻬﺮﻯ ﻭ ﭘﺮﺳﺶﻫﺎﻳﻰ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺍﺯ‬
‫ﺧﻮﺩ ﺑﭙﺮﺳﺪ«؛ ﻣﺤﻤﺪﺟﻮﺍﺩ ﺍﺧﻮﺍﻥ‬
‫ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻄﻬﺮﻯ‪ ...‬ﺩﺭ ﺍﺩﺍﻣﻪ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﺟﻨﺠﺎﻟﻰ‪ ...‬ﻣﻰﻛﻮﺷــﺪ‬
‫ﺭﺩﺍﻯ ﻳﻚ ﻣﻌﻠﻢ ﺍﺧﻼﻕ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻦ ﻛﻨﺪ ﻭ ﺍﺯ ﺁﻧﭽﻪ ﻫﺘﻚﺣﻴﺜﻴﺖ ﻭ‬
‫ﺣﺮﻣﺖ ﺳﺮﺍﻥ ﻓﺘﻨﻪ ﻣﻰﺧﻮﺍﻧﺪ‪ ،‬ﺍﺑﺮﺍﺯ ﺍﻧﺰﺟﺎﺭ ﻣﻰﻛﻨﺪ‪ .‬ﺍﻭ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻳﻦ‬
‫ﺳــﻮﺍﻝ ﻣﻬﻢ ﭘﺎﺳﺦ ﻧﻤﻰﺩﻫﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺍﻭﻻ ﺍﮔﺮ ﻭﺍﻗﻌﺎ ﺳﺮﺍﻥ ﻓﺘﻨﻪ ﺍﺯ‬
‫ﺁﻣﺮﻳــﻜﺎ ﻭ ﺍﻧﮕﻠﻴﺲ ﺑﻴﺰﺍﺭ ﺑﻮﺩﻩﺍﻧﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺍﺗﻬﺎﻡ ﺍﺗﺼﺎﻝ ﺁﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻳﻦ‬
‫ﻗﺪﺭﺕﻫﺎ ﺗﻮﻫﻴﻦ ﺗﻠﻘﻰ ﺷــﻮﺩ‪ ،‬ﭼﺮﺍ ﺩﺭ ﻫﻤﺎﻥ ﺯﻣﺎﻥ ﻛﻪ ﺳﺮﺍﻥ‬
‫ﻧﻈﺎﻡ ﺳﻠﻄﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺣﻤﺎﻳﺖﻫﺎﻯ ﺁﺷــﻜﺎﺭ ﺍﺯ ﺍﻳﻨﻬﺎ ﭘﺮﺩﺍﺧﺘﻨﺪ‪ ،‬ﺭﺍﻩ‬
