Create a New Dropbox Folder

Select Dropbox.
Select New Folder.
Enter a Name.
Select Individual submission folder or Group submission
folder.
a. If Group submission folder, select Group Category from
dropdown.
5. Optional: Select or create a Category to organize folders.
6. Optional: Select or create a Grade Item.
7. Enter an Out Of score.
8. Optional: Select Add Rubric or Create Rubric.
9. Enter Instructions.
10. Optional: Select Add a File to add attachments or Record
Audio.
11. Optional: Set Submission Options.
12. Select Save and Close.
Delete a Folder

Select Dropbox.
Select More Actions.
Select Delete.
Select the desired folder(s).
Select the Delete Selected button.
Select Delete button to confirm.
Grade Submitted Assignments

Select Dropbox.
Select link for the desired folder.
Select Leave Feedback for the desired submission.
Enter Score.
Optional: Enter Feedback.
Select Publish (release feedback to student) or Save Draft
(hidden from students until published).
Manage Restrictions/Restrictions Tab

If returning to a previously created folder:
a. Select Dropbox.
b. Select Edit from the desired folder context menu.
Select the Restrictions tab.
Optional: Set Start Date, End Date, and/or Due Date.
a. Optional: Select Display in Schedule.
Optional: Set Additional Release Conditions.
To set Special Access: select Allow users with special
access to submit assignments outside the normal
availability dates for this folder or Only allow users with
special access to see this folder.
a. Select Add Users to Special Access.
i. Optional: Set Start Date and/or End Date.
ii. Optional: Select Display in Schedule.
iii. Select user(s) to have special access.
iv. Select Save Special Access.
Select Save and Close.
Reorder Folders

Select Dropbox.
Select More Actions.
Select Reorder.
Select desired order of folders using dropdown menus.
Select Save.
Preview a Folder

Select More Actions.
Select Preview.
a. Determine if the Bypass option will be implemented.
b. Optional: Select History to view files uploaded by the
users.
c. Select the Folder to preview in the student view.
Select Exit Preview when finished.
