Select New News Item from the News context menu.
Enter Headine.
Enter Content.
Optional: Select Availability options.
Optional: Select Add a File.
Optional: Select one of the following to implement a
Release Condition.
a. Select Create and Attach.
b. Select Attach Existing.
Select Publish.
Reorder News Items

Select Reorder News Items from the News context
menu.
Select numbers from Sort Order dropdowns to
indicate sequence.
Select Save.
Delete a News Item

Select Delete from the context menu of the desired
News item.
Select Yes to confirm.
Delete Multiple News Items

Select Course Home.
Select Go to News Tool from the News context menu.
Choose items to delete.
Select icon for Delete.
Select Yes to confirm.
Set Restrictions for a Checklist

Select Checklist.
Select a checklist link.
Select Restrictions tab.
Select one of the following options:
a. Attach Existing: Select desired condition.
i. Select Attach.
b. Create and Attach: Select Condition Type and
Condition Details.
i. Select Create.
Select Save.
Delete a Checklist(s)

Select Checklist.
Select Delete.
Select checklist(s).
Select Delete Selected.
Manage Dates

Select Edit Course.
Select Manage Dates.
Optional: Select desired Filter Options and Advanced
Filter Options then Apply Filter.
4. Checkmark items that will have the same dates.
5. Select one of the following options:
a. Edit Dates icon. Select Start Date and End Date.
i. Select Save.
b. Offset Dates icon: Select options from dropdowns and
enter number of days by which to offset date(s).
i. Select Save.
Create a Checklist

Select Checklist.
Select New.
Enter a Name.
Optional: Enter a Description and select New
Window.
5. Select Save.
6. Optional: Select New Category, enter a Name and
Description then Save.
7. Select New Item.
8. Select Category from dropdown or New Category
link.
9. Enter a Name.
10. Optional: Enter a Description and other options.
11. Select Save.
Edit or Delete Item(s) in a Checklist

Select Checklist.
Select a checklist link.
Checkmark the item(s) to be edited or deleted.
To Edit item(s): Select Edit selected items icon and
make desired edits.
a. Select Save.
To Delete item(s): Select Delete selected items icon.
a. Select Delete.
Reorder Checklists

Select More Actions.
Select Reorder.
