Downloading a Participant List from Springboard
1. Plug in Receiver.
2. Open TurningPoint Cloud and sign in to your Turning Account.
3. Select the Manage tab:
4. Click the Participant List drop-down menu and then select New.
5. Select the Download from Integration radio button and click Create List.
6. Select the appropriate Integration from the Integration drop-down menu: Desire2 Learn.
7. Enter the Server Address: https://uakron.turningtechnologies.com in the appropriate field.
8. Click Connect.
9. Optionally, click Remember this information to have the Integration, Server Address and Username
stored for future use.

10. Log into Springboard: type in your username and password and then select Login.
11. Select the participant list/course or participant lists/courses to import. Optionally, select the Select
All checkbox to import all participant lists/courses.
12. Click Import. A confirmation box is displayed.
13. Click OK. The participant list is added to the left panel of the Participant List Overview screen.
14. Select the participant list to view the participant information.
NOTE: The imported participant list contains the following information: Device ID(s), License Status, First
Name, Last Name, User ID and Email. Participant Lists imported from Turning Accounts or Integrations
are locked and cannot be edited.
