Assessment • The curriculum is supported by appropriate, ongoing, strength-based assessment. • The assessment provides information that the teachers can use to inform their teaching and adapt their instruction. DEVELOPMENTAL DOMAINS At CCD, children engage in developmentally and culturally appropriate experiences that encourage and foster achievements in the domains of physical, cognitive, language, emotional and social development. HIGHLY QUALIFIED CARE For each classroom, there is a head teacher. The head teacher holds at minimum a baccalaureate degree in education, child development or a degree equivalent. Head teachers are full-time employees.
