Over 100 people came through the door at the Museum of the Riverina’s Botanic Gardens site, and all were treated to a great show. Holly played a selection of songs from all of her previous albums. The quiet venue and stripped-back instrumentation really let her writing shine through. The following day Holly also was present for a discussion on songwriting at the Booranga Writers’ Centre. A group of enthusiastic writers and performers gathered to hear Holly’s thoughts on the process - we discussed the genesis of songs, the crafting, editing and performing.
