The executive and the election committee of the Graduate Student Governance wish to congratulate you for
your participation in the 2013 -2014 Election. Your extraordinary involvement made a big difference!!!
Please take note of the following:
(a) All candidates will be invited to the upcoming handing over-ceremony in April. Details will be
communicated to you later. We expect all candidates to be present.
(b) We had 340 voting turnout in this year’s election; an improvement from last year. We want to

does extraordinary things; a true genius is someone who does simple things in an extraordinary way”. Your
extraordinariness, talents and gifts throughout this electioneering process (such as the creation of websites,
videos, tweeting, facebooking, tabling etc) are indeed remarkable. So, find comfort in knowing that true
fulfillment comes in the few stepping up for the many. You belong to the few who have defied odds to seek
the interest of the greater good of society. Forge ahead as you explore your future goals and continue living in
optimism because “Better things happen to people who are optimistic” (Warren Buffett). Continue to give
your supports and efforts into making GSG more Visible, Present and Engaged on campus. Thank you very
